This is a new part, purchased from CarSystems in Poland.  I have since sold the car and no longer need this part.

From what I have read online, this part is described as follows:

Part 5K0907044FK is display and control panel with cu for electronically controlled air-conditioning for Seat and Volkswagen cars. This display and control panel with cu for electronically controlled air-conditioning is applied in 5 VAG models for Brazil, China, Mexico, Argentina, Local Market, Shanghai, USA, South Africa and Spain since 2011 till 2015. This part is genuine Volkswagen Group part with VAG (VW) OEM-code 5K0907044FK.
