AUCTION GUIDELINES
1. PAYPAL is the ONLY ACCEPTED method of payment.
2. Full Payment to be received by Seller within 3 calendar days after close of auction.
3. High bidder will be emailed by seller at the end of the auction, when payment is received, and when item is mailed.
4. Seller is not responsible after item is delivered to the U.S. Post Office. If buyer is concerned about the successful delivery of the item buyer should purchase postal insurance and/or delivery confirmation (at their expense) prior to Seller mailing the item. Seller will always have the official printed U.S. Postal Receipt specifying the date, location and time of mailing the item. Seller cannot be held responsible for any foreign country delivery delays due to customs, etc. Seller cannot be responsible for any additional fees incurred in foreign country as a result of customs etc.
5. CONDITION OF BOOKS AND ITEMS: I make every effort to describe items and books accurately and honestly. I make every attempt to call the major and as many minor defects that I can when listing an item or book. Sometimes a defect may escape me and I might miss a detail. Please ask questions before bidding if you are concerned about the condition of a book or item. I make every effort to follow Ebay ratings concerning the condition of books and items. Books and items are rated: NEW, LIKE NEW, VERY GOOD, GOOD, ACCEPTABLE.
6. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS: Items are sold "as is" with no warranty. The seller shall not be held responsible for the absolute correct description, authenticity, or genuineness or defects in the product either stated or not stated. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING REGARDING ITEM CONDITIONS. I do not provide refunds or returns for items that do not fit or if you have buyer's remorse or if the listing has been read incorrectly.
7. COMMUNICATION: I believe that communication is the cornerstone to a successful transaction between buyer and seller. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding. If you are still uncertain about the condition of an item, please do not place a bid. Also, please ensure that your Ebay registered mail accepts messages from Ebay and does not filter them into spam. I will send you a message when you win the item and when your item is shipped.
8. FEEDBACK: All issues should have been resolved prior to bidding on an item. Please ask questions prior to bidding to resolve any concerns you might have about an item I am selling.
