Will fit in all 26.5 mm military surplus flare guns, enabling you to shoot a 12 gauge flare. 12 gauge flares are commonly found at sporting good stores at a fraction of the price. 26.5mm flares are getting expensive and difficult to find.

Do NOT shoot regular 12 gauge hunting ammo through this adapter. The adapter and the flare gun are not designed for it and could cause serious injury or death. Use only flares.
