International shipping (via USPS First Class) charges:  $16.00 to Canada (must wait for my invoice since eBay auto-invoice will ask you to pay $24.00) and $24.00 for the rest of the world.  Please note that delivery tracking is not available for some locations and shipping might take weeks, if you would like better/faster/safer shipping method (more expensive), please contact me prior to purchase for rates.
