12 MONTHS WARRANTY
'Parts only' warranty is supplied on this unit.
However, the turbocharger is under the guarantee only if the part was fitted by qualified workshop fitting instructions. The warranty is not valid in case of incorrect fitting, poor engine maintenance and condition, insufficient oil or air filtration could all lead to a rejection of your warranty claim.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the turbocharger, the warranty does not cover the cost of any labour or materials required to remove and refit the turbocharger.
No liability will be accepted if the turbocharger boost settings have been changed to outside the figures recommended by the original vehicle manufacturer or any device is used to modify them. The boost setting must always be checked after fitting to comply with this warranty.
Proof, in the form of receipts, may be required to verify proper vehicle maintenance has been carried out as per manufacturers recommendations. Particular attention should be paid to the vehicles oil and filter changes. Failure to comply with manufacturers service requirements invalidates this warranty.
Although sympathetic to every warranty claim, only turbos which fail due to defective workmanship or parts are warrantable. Failures due to circumstances or conditions outside our control cannot be accepted under the warranty.

A thorough examination of all turbo components will be carried out before a decision is made on the validity of the warranty and where applicable a report will be issued on the condition of the turbocharger which will indicate the reason for premature failure.

A new oil feed pipe and gaskets are required when fitting this unit,Return & Exchange Policy
- We happily adhere to the distance selling regulations giving our customers 14 days from receipt to return products for any reason for a refund as long as they are in unchanged condition, unused, never installed and in original packaging. Otherwise a 25% restocking fees will be charged. Electrical parts cannot be returned in any case whatsoever.
- All return requests must be submitted through your eBay account. If your order is faulty, incorrectly sent or any other issue you must contact our customer service department within 14 days of purchase for advice before returning the parcel. You will be expected to provide a detailed explanation of the issue within a eBay message. We will be unable to further process the return until we have received this.
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note this applies even where the product is listed with Free P&P The cost of posting your order will be deducted from any refund!
- For exchanges if an item is purchased incorrectly, the buyer must return the item and pay for a reshipping fee in order to ship out a new item.
