Vintage TEAC A-4010 GLS Auto Reverse REEL TO REEL TAPE DECK - SERVICED - in very good condition


Very clean great working deck, clean faceplate, the veneer cabinet has some small dents as you can see on my details. 


Serviced recently, new main belt has been just installed, the transport mechanism has been lubricated, all pots have been flashed by Deoxit D5 to avoid static.

Tested all through and all functions seem to work well.


This is a multi-voltage device that can be easily switched over from 110V power to 220V.



The only thing I have found inaccurate is that while your record in the common range up to +3dB your recordings will come out distored so that you have to use a lot lower input signal level in order to void distortion when the VU meters shoudn't exceed -3dB. That's not a big deal but needs to be mentioned.
