It is done in 100% linen in a soft, lightweight weave called "patchwork gauze", with various squares in the design being done in different, loose type weavings. The style is the wide, long sleeveless open jacket with 11" armholes (22" around the opening). Due to its width, the edges of the top fall down the arm, creating short type sleeves. It is a rectangular shaped garment. Sized 1, it measures 38" from the top edge of one shoulder edge straight across to the top of the other shoulder edge, and, as it is rectangular in shape, it is this width all the way down (so up to an 76" bust), and 26" from the top straight down the center of the back to the bottom.
