• Most of our products are sourced from various retailers across mainland Europe, which helps us keep our prices very competitive. These are mainly from France, Belgium and the Netherlands (about 60%) but some come from Hungry and Czech Republic as well (about 20%) and remaining are from local UK stores (if and where we pick some great deals), so some of the packaging and language etc. on the boxes might differ slightly from what you find here in the UK's LEGO Stores, but most of LEGO's packaging across Europe is very similar if not exactly the same.

• All items are very carefully packed using only the highest quality of packaging materials.

• High grade packaging foam (or bubble wrap) is used as first layer to cover the original box.
• No tape is used on the manufacturer’s packing so you won't damage the original box while unwrapping.
• We then use high quality cardboard boxes as outer layer to ship your items so they don’t get crushed in transit.
• Finally, professionally printed labels are used for shipment and your address is double checked against your postcode via Royal Mail’s address verifier before any labels are affixed.
• We only use “Signed For” services, so the postman won’t leave your package unattended or exposed to weather.
