The following is a list of answers to frequently asked questions and Caveats.

We combine shipping, purchase what you need then go pay just once. Multiple Payments even just a few minutes apart may not be noticed and shipped seperatly. Be aware Ebay doesnt show the combined savings untill you go pay. If for any reason your having trouble just ask us for an invoice.

Additional Bits ship free after the first highest shipping charge. Large items (which will say so in their listing) are excluded and cost extra per additional large items.

We usually ship within 24 hours of payment. Mon-fri. Anything after 2 pm on friday will ship monday.

Domestic orders are tracked via USPS and should take less than a week but may take longer.

International orders are rarely tracked and ship via First Class USPS. They should take 2-4 weeks, with 2 weeks being average.

If you've supplied us with the wrong address (Quickly shoot us an email with the new address but keep in kind we ship within 24 hrs and it may have already shipped) we are not responsible for replacing your order, however, we'll gladly reship it to the new address if its returned to us at our cost.

We make mistakes, we're only human. If we've made a mistake with your order, we will fix it, just send us an email. Leaving us bad feedback without emailing us will acomplish nothing. Leave us a negative and you'll be blocked. Be polite and concise in your email and give us an oppurtunity to fix the problem. (Before emailing us, double check the bags, we sometimes bag bits together to save space and double check the package). Dont come in with an attitude making demands, you'll end up getting blocked.

Bits, by their nature are often sold seperatly from other components you may need. Whats in the picture is what you get unless the listing says otherwise. Dont make assumptions, if you've got a question, ask.
