When I first saw it I thought it was scratched

Was I Wrong ( there are some scrs?)  

It was the wings in reverse  , you can see wing on other side( back of head) , 

under Closer look   The Ribbon with letters above date.

on the reverse you have what looks like a fin under the ribbon,thats the space under bust

also you can see outline of cap on reverse  (in the right lighting)

all clashes are in reverse

 

Was looking for some like this one , found thats it its a O-107  This one also has the die crack under date trough stars on both sides of liberty,  there are two outlines behind Liberty's head  the wing and die crack they are lite, But their there

 slight crack above ribbon on reverse.
