SHIPPING POLICY

All products are shipped globally from northern Thailand via registered standard mail with the Thai Post Office 1 - 2 days after purchasing.

Please be aware that since I am located in northern Thailand, standard international shipping may take up to 20 - 30 days to deliver or less depending on where you are located.

If you would like Express shipping (5 - 7 day delivery or less - depending on where you are located), please kindly notify me of this by attaching a note onto your online order upon purchasing.

NOTE: National holidays in either Thailand or the country the package is being delivered to may also affect the shipping time of your delivery. This I have no control over.


Express shipping cost

The cost of Express shipping will cost more than standard shipping. To know the cost of Express shipping for your order, please feel free to contact me.

Please also be aware that International items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. This is something I have no control over and do not take responsibility for.

NOTE: If I am not notified with your order that you wish to have Express shipping, your order will automatically be shipped via standard registered mail.


Shipments needed before Christmas

Any/all orders that need to be delivered before Christmas day via standard shipping must be placed no later than November 10th. I encourage this to help minimize the risk of your order not arriving on time before Christmas, since shipments during this time are often delayed an additional 1 - 2 weeks by the post office. This I have no control over.

If you place an order after November 10th and is needed before Christmas day, I encourage you to ship via Express shipping to guarantee your order to arrive on time. To have Express shipping on your order, please attach a note onto your order stating so.

NOTE: Any/all order placed after November 10th that are not shipped via Express, will be automatically shipped via Standard post. This means the order may or may not arrive by the end of the year and may be delayed until the beginning of the following year.


Attempted Delivery (Failed Delivery)

We take full responsibility for any shipping errors made by us and gladly pay any additional shipping charges needed in re-shipping your order(s) to you as soon as possible.

However, customers themselves are expected to pay any/all additional shipping charges needed to re-ship their order(s) if incorrect shipping addresses were provided to us by the customer or the recipient themselves were not able to retrieve the package upon delivery.


QUALITY CONTROL

All items that I ship undergo a Quality Control check by myself personally before packaging and distribution.

I also take shipping photographs of any/all items purchased by my customers to insure proof that the correct item is shipped and shipped accordingly.

 

PAYMENT

Any/all payments transactions are made via PayPal ONLY

 

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping of their item(s) unless the item(s) they received were either damaged or incorrect to what is displayed within our online store upon delivery due to negligence by myself the seller.

Once the returned item(s) is received by myself here in Thailand, ONLY then would a refund or replacement item be issued (unless instructed otherwise by myself the seller).

In addition....

If a customer wishes to return the item(s) they received for a refund due to changing their minds about their order or due to any other personal preferences; that customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of that item(s) and will not receive reimbursement of the original shipping cost of their order. Just a refund on the item cost ONLY.

If a customer wishes to return the item(s) they received for a replacement item due to changing their minds about their order or due to any other personal preferences; that customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of that item(s) plus the cost of shipping of their replacement item (whether it is via Standard or Express mail).

NOTE:  Refunds or replacement products can only be made within 14 days after delivery.
