The unit includes a Lenovo Direct Limited Warranty until FEBRUARY 12TH 2018.

All warranty and Tech support is through Lenovo from date of purchase. If you ever have any warranty issues, please contact us first and we will assist.

Additional Lenovo Upgrade warranty is usually available - please ask us for details.

Our Policies:

Please read our policies before purchasing this item. We try to be as fair as possible and if we make any mistakes in the shipment or description of this item we will gladly pay for shipping this item back to Powermellon and refunding the original freight and purchase price. If the buyer has a change of heart after purchasing this item and wants to return it, the buyer is responsible for the original freight/handling and the freight back to Powermellon. If no original freight was charged, the item is subject to a restocking fee (keep in mind that UPS/Fedex do not refund us the original freight if the buyer returns a item).

Powermellon sells both NEW and Factory Refurbished items and we've had very good experience selling both. If you have any problems with your item, please let us know right away. There is always a chance that the item you receive does not work properly but fortunately we have experienced very low failure rates. But in case your item fails or does not work properly, let us know right away so we can make the situation better. Our return Policy is for 30 days from you receiving the item.

We expect our customers to do a little bit of research before buying a item. We are a Wholesale Reseller and we sell our item discounted at a low margin. We are not a Retail store so you are not allowed to buy the item, "test-drive" it and then return it at your leisure. All sales are final but we do accept un-opened returns (within 30 days of receiving) and items that do not work properly (unless otherwise notified in the Powermellon WARRANTY section above). Any returns might be subject to our "up to" 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy:

• We offer the Ebay Global Shipping. The service is through Ebay and is shipped to your country by Ebay. Ebay lists the countries they ship to. If you are not on that list you will need to use other Freight Forwarding services. • Freight quoted is based on the 48 Continental States.
• We ship via UPS or Fedex and we NO longer offer USPS service.
• We always include Insurance with all shipments.
• Most shipments are sent with Signature Required so if the ship-to address will not have a person to sign for it you can contact UPS/Fedex for other service options. We can also ship to your business address – all you need to do is add your business address as a ship-to address to your Ebay account, before making the purchase.
• We do NOT offer Local Pickup.
• Powermellon charges sales tax for any and all shipments sent to FLORIDA. It’s the Law so do not ask us not to.
• We do not Refund freight, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment Policy:

• Most of the items we sell are sold at FIXED price because we had too many buyers buy items and then never pay. We will gladly accept “reasonable” offers but in most cases we have researched the item and the price listed should be fair.
• We accept Paypal and Wire Transfers Only.
• We ship to both PayPal Confirmed and Unconfirmed addresses as long as Paypal approves the payment. If you ship to a unconfirmed address Paypal might place your payment on Hold and under Review for up to 24 hours. Paypal might not notify you about the Hold and we will try to notify you if the payment is placed on Hold by Paypal.
• We do NOT hold payments and we try to ship the same day, during business days, it item is purchased by 3PM EST.
• We do Not accept partial payments so the item can be held for a future purchase date. Again, we have had too many buyers never pay to be able to offer to hold items for a later pay date.

Returns Policy:

• Before you purchase this item make sure this item is what you need as our Return Policy does not allow you to play around with this item and then return at your leisure if it does not meet your personal preferences!!
• If you return a New or Factory Refurbished item and it has been un-sealed and opened or used (non-defective) it is now considered USED and will be charged a restock fee, no matter if the item did not meet your needs or personal preferences (because the item cannot be re-sold by Powermellon as New or Factory Refurbished anymore and has to be re-sold as Used at a lower price). We are sorry but we do not offer Demo units nor units for you to test out.
• We accept Returns for 30 days for this item as long as the item is in the original condition with all the original materials and laptop box. Please do NOT Remove any labels from the unit – that means ALL labels that are included on the unit when you receive it (you are welcome to remove any labels you want after our return period has expired but we cannot accept returns when the item is missing any original labels). If the item is Unopened and with NO writing on the Retail Box we will gladly refund in full minus the original freight charge and if it is Defective we will refund in full.
• Any and all returns are subject to a Restocking fee of up to 20% of the sales price, if we accept the Return, depending on the condition you send the item back in. No Refund on Freight when items are returned non-defective.
• In case of a return, Buyers are responsible for paying for return freight back to Powermellon, unless otherwise agreed upon. Make sure you Insure the shipment too.
• Any and all technical issues with this item should be directed through MANUFACTURER as the Manufacturer provides FREE technical support throughout the warranty period.
• Powermellon does not offer technical support for this item but in case you have problems with manufacturer's technical support, Powermellon will gladly assist you as we can.
• If Powermellon make s mistake in the purchase process, we will gladly pay for shipping the item back to us and refund both the original and return freight and refund the item 100%.

Feedback and Why it is Important to us:

• You should receive a UPS/Fedex email notification with tracking number included once the item has shipped. We also post the tracking in your ebay and Paypal accounts, as required by Ebay. The tracking number may not appear in the UPS/Fedex tracking system until next morning and at that time you will be able to track the shipping progress of the item. 
• Once your item arrives please verify that the item is in satisfactory condition. If the item did not arrive in satisfactory condition please let us know right away. Please note that we do not manufacture the items we sell and we rely on the manufacturer having tested the item properly (most of the items we sell are either sealed New or sealed Factory Refurbished – Factory Refurbished items are tested by the manufacturer and not Powermellon). We do not open and re-test the items we sell and most of the items will arrive in Factory Sealed condition (unless otherwise noted).

• We will gladly provide you with a positive rating as soon as you have paid for the item you purchased.
• We ship all our smaller items such as laptops/tablets/ultrabooks Double Boxed to protect against shipping damage. All desktops ship in the box we received them in from the manufacturer.
• We insure all our shipped items in full.
• We offer you to return your item for 30 days after receiving it. If the item is defective you can return for a replacement or a full refund – your choice (30 days). If the item did not meet your needs or personal preferences you can still return for up to 30 days, but a restock fee will apply.
