This is a new Joan Jett cassette tape, Flashback.It has not been played.This Item is from my collection.  I Bought  this item as a new item . I have never played the  tape. It was purchased in the mid 80's through mail order or the Joan Jett Fan Club. I cannot tell you it is new in that it has never been played ,only that I have never played it  and I bought it as a new item..The tape appears in good condition.
