An antique white Irish double damask linen tablecloth,

the damask decorated with stripes and scrolls, with a central rectangle inset with bobbin lace.

The cloth measures 8' 7" (103") long x 5' 11" (71") wide approx.

The cloth is in good clean condition apart from a small break in the lace inset, and some small holes, mainly near the corner (see pictures).

I sell antique and vintage linens, lace and textiles.  These items are often handmade and unique, and may have flaws and signs of use commensurate with their age, which for many collectors is part of their charm.  Many linens have a laundry mark - dating to a time when linens were sent out of the home for laundering.  Any obvious flaws are noted as accurately as I can in the description, but antique linens are rarely as pristine as new, so if condition is important to you, please ask any questions before bidding.
