• Refund/Returns: I offer a 14 day money back (original purchase price minus shipping and handling) return policy. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent in. Any questions, please contact me.


• Feedback: Feedback will always be left once it is received. That way I know the transaction is completed and that you are happy with your purchase. Please contact me with any problems before opening a dispute, leaving negative feedback or low star ratings. I will do my best to resolve the problem as I strive for complete customer satisfaction with positive feedback and 5 star ratings.


• Payments: Payments are expected to be received within 3 days after receiving the invoice. If you are purchasing multiple items from me, please request an invoice when you are done shopping. That way I can combine the shipping costs for you. In the event that you do not wait for the invoice, I will give a partial refund for the shipping costs. All payments are to be made through Paypal via the eBay checkout system. I'm PayPal Verified


• Packing/Shipping: I pack all my packages with extreme care so that when you receive it, the item is in the exact same condition as shown in the photos.

I do add a small fee into the shipping costs of all of my auctions. I am just trying to cover my actual costs of shipping the item to you.

In the event that the shipping costs were over-charged, I will refund you the difference in costs minus the small fee.

All items will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving cleared, Paypal payment.

I ship all my domestic bound packages via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. First Class packages can only weigh a maximum of 13oz. Once shipped, you should expect your package within about 2-7 days.

International Customers, please be aware of the following:



• The high cost of shipping overseas is out of my control. I am not making any money off of shipping.


• Your packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International or First Class International. First Class International packages can only weigh a maximum of 4lbs.


• Estimated delivery times are about 14 days to most countries, but please understand that your customs office can decide to hold your items from delivery. If they decide to hold it, it is out of my control. I can't do anything about it. Although it is rare, I have had different offices hold packages for 7-8 weeks.


• In most cases, you will be able to see status updates on the whereabouts of your package by using the customs form number as a tracking number. Please be aware though, that this is not always possible.


• Your country may charge you taxes or import fees for this item. These charges are not included in the shipping price. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country's custom office to figure out what these charges will be before buying, so you don't have any surprises. Again, these charges do not come from me. If you are unhappy with these charges, contact your country's custom office.


• I do not, and will not, falsify customs forms by declaring or recording values below what you paid and will not check off the "gift" box. This is considered fraud and it is a federal offense.
