These are used but still in really good condition. The denim is really thick, with not much stretch to give quite a raw cool silhouette. Although they are slim, they are meant to be worn lower on the hip and quite slouchy.
Waist to waist laid flat is 17 inches however as these are worn lower on the hip this is more of a 'hip to hip' measurement which would equate to a size 10 or 12 depending on how wide your hips are and how loose you want to wear them
Inside leg is 29 inches.
Official size is a waist 29.

Only real sign of wear is slight bobbling on the inside pockets but the external denim could pass for new.
