Shipping Details

Goods will be delivered using different couriers depends on the delivery address.
For goods located in US, it will be shipped from our warehouse. Please allow at least two business days for the order to be processed after completion of payment.
For goods located in other location, it will be shipped within two business days after completion of payment.

We will update the shipping information after we have handed the goods to the courier.

**Notice: Due to increased administrative costs and delays on customs clearance, we have suspended shipping to some countries. These restrictions are temporary and we hope to have it resolved in the near future. Orders/Items shipping to these countries will be refunded within 24 hours. Note: We will not be shipping to Post Office addresses. Exceptions may apply but to avoid disappointments, please check before placing orders.

** Please open the parcel and check all item(s) is/are included and correctly at the parcel before you sign on the acknowledge receipt for the courier. If item(s) is/are missing or incorrect, please reject the parcel. All missing or wrong item report after signature will not take into account.**

unless otherwise stated ,you are liable for any import handling charges which may occur upon delivery .Should you refuse delivery because of this and return the parcel to us ,you will be liable for the shipping costs of delivery and return as well as the adminstration fee for returned parcel levied by courier

Import Tax/Duty/Clearance Fee
The item will be shipped to you from our office. The item may be subjected to customs import tax/fee when it enters your country. By buying internationally, you are considered an importer. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Return Policy

We provide 14-day return policy for products sold. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchases, full refund of the purchase (excluding the shipping expenses) can be applicable under the following circumstances:

ALL accessories must be unused; ALL accessory packages must be unopened.
ALL items must be intact and undamaged (except for defects in manufacturing).

Sale Policy

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item. If payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the seller sole discretion.
VAT (Value-Added Tax) is buyer's responsibility. However, we will try our best to minimize it.

We accept only PayPal payment.
A non-payment dispute will be opened if full payment is not received after 4 days of auction.
