SN 7906126. Lens has been adapted to Sony E mount NEX/ILCE digital Mirrorless cameras, since lens comes with Konica AR to E mount adapter attached. So you could use it on any Konica AR mount lens on Sony E mount Cameras.  It is all manual lenses, you will have to focus and adjust aperture manually.

Lens comes with Front end cap, and Konica AR to Sony E adapter (worth $10). Adapter is removable.

Cosmetic Condition:

Lens has been used. It shows light wear on the lens barrel from use. Filter rim is bent, but it still accepts filters just fine.

Front Glass looks great. Front and rear Glass look great. I don't see any large visible scratches.

It has no fungus or haze inside. But I see couple dust particles inside the glass elements. Dust does not show up in pictures. 

Lens Performance:

Aperture blades are snappy, blades are free of oil. Blades are snappy and not slow.  Manual focus is smooth, without any play.
