* Refurbished Product - An item that Is fully Functional and 100% Working.
In most cases these items are customer returns which may have been returned for a number of reasons such as;
Box damage on arrival, Broken Box seal, Missing accessories, Reported Fault, Customer had an issue using the product, or simply the item was unwanted. Items that are returned are fully product tested by us, and by a third party distributor for functionality before listing for re-sale. In most cases items sold as Refurbished have NOT required a repair to be carried out on them, but instead have had some of the original accessories (such as the charger) Replaced by a compatible unit.

Product Packaging / or the original Box may show signs of wear and tear from warehouse storage or transit. In some cases we may have had to replace badly damaged packaging with a Plain or Recycled box to ensure that it can be safely stored and shipped.
