There is some surface rust on screw heads and other small signs of age such as dust in crevices and dulling of metal surfaces, but in general it is in good condition.

All three antennas are in 'good’ condition, and present ,with tips in good condition. It is supplied with its original power cable and it is suitable for 220-250V AC.

The original front protective cover is supplied, and also the original instructions

As you can see, it IS supplied with the correct power lead.

Becuase of postage regulations regarding the shipping of batteries it is NOT supplied with internal batteries.

Please see the photo for the frequency range covered by this radio.

We are not familiar with these radios and after plugging it in we have a few points to note. Some may actually be normal, and some may be issues that require a service, and some are minor faults.

1. Some of the potentiometers are a bit scratchy

2. We are not getting any reception on MW/AM and Long Wave apart from some static

3. Some of the dial lights no longer light up

4. The USB / LSB knob turns continuously (is this normal, or is it a fault?)

5. The light that should indicate that it is connected to the mains does not light up

6. The volume when listening to Shortwave is lower than when listening to FM

7. The FM1 range does not pick up any stations. However, this is lower than the current FM range (i.e., FM2 range), and we don’t think there are any stations in Europe that broadcast on this FM1 range. This is therefore probably normal.

8. There is some corrosion in the battery compartment. Both springs are present, but have some rust on them. The original battery tubes are present, but have some battery leakage residue on them.
