DISPATCH TIME

Once we receive cleared payment for your order, it will usually be processed and dispatched the same day, however on rare occasions it may take up to 48 hours. For cleared payment received after 2pm on Friday, orders will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

DELIVERY COST

United Kingdom: £5.00 (First Item) + £2.50 for each additional item purchased.

We offer discounts on combined postage for multiple items purchased providing all the items are won within a 3-day period. Please ensure that you request an invoice for a total amount within 3 days of winning your first item as we cannot discount postage amounts after you have paid.

14-DAY, EASY RETURNS

We hope that you love your new shoes. If however, you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please return the item to us in its original condition along with a completed returns form within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

All returns should be posted by an insured/tracked delivery service with a completed Returns Form to:

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

We inspect all items that are dispatched to ensure that you receive only the best and that they are as described; however, if you find that your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item then please return them to us and we'll be happy to replace or refund the order where possible. We will also refund your return postage costs if your item is faulty or is incorrectly dispatched or described once we receive the item in return and can confirm the issue. Please note that we cannot refund any postage costs if you find that the item is unsuitable or simply does not fit.
