This is a complete set of YCP Brand Suzuki Vitara Pistons in 75.5mm Bore .020" Oversized with rings a complete set of Manley H Beam Rods for the D16 Engines. These are sold to install into any D-Series block for turbo applications. 

This combo includes:

  • 4 YCP Pistons,Pins, and Clips
  • 4 Manley H Beam Rods for the D16
  • Complete Ring Set
  • King Race Bearings (MB5568XP, CR4046XP, TW140AM) Main bearings, rod bearings, and thrust washers all in standard size.

H-Beam Manley Rods

Don't be fooled; not all H-Beams are created equal. Manley H-Beams are not only very
"economically" priced, but they are finished to the same exacting tolerances and high
quality standards as our Sportsmaster® and Pro Series rods. Final hone size, thread detail,
bend and twist - these are attributes we take very seriously. You will find the Manley
H-Beam rods superior to others on the market.

We have pushed the limits of these pistons on our own engines. We currently hold the world record for horse power on these pistons in a stock sleeve D16Z6. We have used these in countless street engines that produce up to 400HP on a streetable pumpgas setup. 

  •     YCP pistons are made from a much more strong cast (AC8a Grade)
  •     19mm Floating Wrist pins. Will fit aftermarket D16 forged rods.
  •     T-6 Heat treated for even greater strength.
  •     Highly resistant to heat.
  •     Dual oil holes to provide better Wrist Pin Lubrication.
  •     Teflon coating to provide smoother running, increase piston life, improve cylinder sealing for less blow by and more power, reduce friction.
  •     Help prevent damage from inadequate lubrication, Especially during cold start-ups.

  • D16Z6 Block with D16Z6 Head 7.6:1
  • D16Z6 Block with D16Y8 Head 7.8:1
  • D16Y8 Block with D16Y8 Head 7.8:1
  • D16Y8 Block with D16Z6 Head 7.6:1

Payment

We require that all payments be paid through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay). This allows you to pay with any credit card, debit card, bank account, or your Paypal balance!
Your address must be confirmed. Buyers who pay with unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted. Those that purchase with an unconfirmed address will be contacted and will be asked to cancel their bid; a refund in full will be issued. Shipping

For our Continental USA Customers: We typically ship FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, and USPS 1st Class Mail, 100% at our sole discretion. Due to how the automated eBay system works, sometimes our auction may specify (for example) FedEx Ground. However, we may actually ship your product with UPS or the USPS instead. If you require a specific type of shipping, or a specific courier, please contact us before purchasing this part. We will be happy to work with you to ship as you need.

For our non-Continental USA Customers: We typically ship US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or USPS 1st Class Mail. We typically have flat rate and affordable shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and all US Territories. Due to how the automated eBay system works, sometimes our auction may specify (for example) FedEx Ground. However, we may actually ship your product with UPS or the USPS instead.
