Many items we sell are pre-owned and therefore have imperfections or signs of use and wear. We only sell items in the kind of condition that we would wear or use ourselves. We personally inspect and attempt to honestly describe the condition as well as any defects and flaws fully, but still we encourage you to take into account that these are used items, and have been priced accordingly.

To reduce waste and minimize shipping costs, we most often pack items in thick brown paper. Please be aware of this and when you receive your purchase open it carefully, preferably without scissors to best protect your item.

We almost always are able to answer emails within 24 hours. Items are always washed or cleaned before they are shipped to you. Items come from a smoke free home.
