You'll either have to get one of your own or draw/tape your own to the floor. Everything else is included and in great condition, there is some wear on the DVD case itself and I've written checkmarks on the calendar. The box itself is in good condition too but I will be shipping it in the actual box that says "Insanity: The Asylum" on it (meaning I'm not going to put this box into another box to ship it).
