Shipping Transit Times
Please note that Great Stuff Surplus Inc. is not responsible for shipping carrier transit times. We take responsibility for processing and shipping orders within 1 business day of receiving payment. However, we ask buyers to understand that we cannot control what happens to your order once it leaves our possession. Please note that shipping times are provided by the carrier and do not include weekends or holidays. Please pay attention to estimated transit times before selecting a shipping method. Transit times may vary, especially during peak periods and inclement weather. Buyers concerned about the shipping status of their order should contact Great Stuff Surplus Inc. We are happy to assist buyers with any problems experienced with a carrier.

Sales Tax
Great Stuff Surplus Inc. is a Colorado corporation, and therefore collects and remits a 2.9% sales tax for any orders shipped to Colorado. The sales tax will be automatically added to applicable sales during the checkout process. Please note that a 4% additional sales tax must be collected for any sales to Central City, CO. This additional tax will not be automatically added during checkout, but will be invoiced separately.

Damaged Or Defective Items
Great Stuff Surplus Inc. will do everything we can to make the situation right in the rare event that a buyer receives a damaged or defective item. Defective items are those which are materially different from the item description provided. Please inform Great Stuff Surplus Inc. of any damaged or defective items immediately.

International Customs, Duties, Taxes and Customs Forms
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company, or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. Under absolutely no circumstances will Great Stuff Surplus Inc. under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws, so please don't even ask!
