We have been trading on ebay for over 6 years, in that time we have completed all our sales without receiving a neutral or negative feedback. Most orders tend to be from returning customers so we do our best to have only happy customers. If you don't see what you want get in touch and if possible we'll provide you with a quote.
PAYMENTS
We find PayPal to be the easiest and safest way to complete our sales. You don't need a paypal account and can pay via a debit/ credit card. If you wish to use bank transfer or international money order that is not a problem. We don't currently have facilities to take card payments over the phone
SHIPPING
We endeavour to ship your cable within two days of payment being received, most orders within one day. For UK customers we use Royal Mail 1st class recorded or special delivery. For International customers we use Royal Mail AirSure. We can offer carrier services at cost price for fast delivery worldwide, please ask for a quote.

Terms & Conditions We complete most of our sales to the complete satisafaction of our customers as our feedback reflects. In the event of a problem we will endeavour to work with you to remedy the situation, our terms and conditions set out exactly what you can expect from us and what we require of you in the event that goods are to be returned. We are fair minded and if we're at fault we will put it right.We accept payment Via Paypal, Postal order or cheque. Payment via eCheque (in paypal) or personal cheque must be cleared before any goods will be shipped. Interconnects are often made to order but we endeavour to ship within 2 business days, we will notify you in the rare event of any delay. Components and clearance items are usually shipped within one working day, no later than 2 days from date of payment.Custom cable assemblies should be pressumed by the seller as to be non returnable for any reason other than for repair or re-work. Items purchased on buy it now listings may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the origonal amount paid by the seller for the item + shipping, we will not bear the costs of returning the item to us apart from where incorrect or faulty goods have been received.Any goods being returned to us must be in the condition they arrived at your door, in the case of faulty interconnects, (shouldn't happen as everything is fully checked) they must arrive untampered with. We will always offer eplacement for a faulty interconnect and pay any return postage costs.International Customers All of the above applies to your purchase but please also bear in mind the procedure for returning goods to us, especially if you are outside the EU. We must be notified through ebay of your intention to return the item, the item should be sent on a signed for service . You should declare the item as having Zero value or returned goods, failure to do this will result in import duty and handling charges being added, in this event we retain the right to refuse the delivery to avoid the losses this would otherwise cause. Please follow our advise and returning items will be painless for you and for us.
