My items arrived broken. What should I do?
-When the item arrives, please inspect the items for any damage. Remember, that damage acquired during shipping does not constitute a "not as described" dispute or case.
-Items which arrived broken is an issue that can be resolved and does not mean that we sent broken items.
-Please provide pictures of the damage to the packaging and items.
-A claim will be filed with UPS/USPS and replacements will be sent out at no further cost to you.
-Please allow 1 business day for processing and handling.
-Tracking numbers will be provided to you through "My eBay"
-Canadian customers are responsible for all taxes and brokerage fees according to your countries specific laws and regulations.
-A shipping surcharge applies for items shipped to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and territories of the United States.
-Bug Shields can only be shipped to the United States and Canada.

-Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of original purchase date.
-Items being returned are required to have a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA). If packages are received without an RGA number they will be refused.
-RGA numbers are required for ALL returns.
-Please be sure to return items in the original packaging. This includes all hardware kits and installation instructions.
