TERMS OF SALE & PAYMENT
Goods are shipped to PayPal confirmed addresses only when paying via PayPal, no exceptions
Where a buyer choses to pay via UK bank to bank or International bank transfer, the buyer may select a delivery address of their choice.
Personal cheques and credit cards (other than via a PayPal payment) are not accepted


POSTAGE / SHIPPING
I aim to post within 48-72 hours of receipt of payment from the buyer. 
Postage costs reflect the estimated *ACTUAL COSTS of postage/shipping and are not inflated to cover fees or personal costs relating to the service of posting/shipping out goods.  
*Until such time as the goods have been posted/shipped, postage costs within an auction are estimated only.  As with all my auctions, once goods are posted/shipped, ANY & ALL EXCESS POSTAGE/PACKAGING COSTS ARE REFUNDED
In the event that the costs exceed, beyond those economically to be borne by the seller, the buyer will be offered the opportunity to either pay the residual amount or withdraw from the auction, whereupon the buyer will be expected to agree to the transaction cancellation eBay process.
In some instances a courier service will be required (heavy goods, valuable goods etc) and in these instances, the buyer will be required to provide a contact telephone number along with their address as required by the courier company, prior to goods being despatched.
Wherever possible, I attempt to use recycled packaging, thus removing additional or unnecessary packaging costs for the buyer.  However, in some instances, it is necessary to procure bubblewrap, boxes, tissue etc to ensure safe transit and mitigate against unnecessary *damaged in transit refund costs* and these costs are the responsibility of the buyer - in all instances, the buyer is advised of packaging costs (if applicable) once the item has been posted.
All goods, regardless of value are sent via a Recorded Service such as; Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Mail, Royal Mail Special D (Guaranteed Next Day delivery by 1pm), ParcelForce or Royal Mail International Signed For.  Once goods have been shipped, the buyer will be informed of the Tracking number, Tracking website and at that time, any excess postage (or where packaging costs have been charged) will be refunded via the Buyers original PayPal payment.
International bidders; kindly be aware that your Country may levy a customs charge on the goods being imported - these costs, if applicable and charged, are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

All auctions, without exception, are for 100 pct authentic goods and all my auctions carry a 100 pct money back gaurantee against authenticity (only).  I do not condone the sale of counterfeit goods nor promote them and sell only authentic branded goods as described.


REFUNDS
All auctions are for items *SOLD AS IS*
Some auctions are for pre-owned, vintage and used goods.  In these instances, it is the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to consider the condition based on the supersize pictures contained within the auction and ask any questions PRIOR TO BIDDING.  Please do not expect brand new, store fresh, immaculate items in pristine condition unless the condition is stated as such within the auction - thank you
