May have scratches, dents, dust, scum, or other cosmetic imperfections. Turns on and boots to BIOS. 4x 1GB sticks of DDR3 ECC RAM was used in the testing. One of the boards has a smaller cooler than the other one. The manufacturer of the motherboard says it will only take 2GB DIMMs of DDR3/DDR3 ECC at most. This motherboard needs a graphics card to get video out, an Nvidia 610 was used for testing.

If you have more questions, go to Supermicro's website by googling "C2SBX+ specs" as there is more information about the specifics of the board. Server/workstation boards can be kinda moody and finicky (such as they can be really uncooperative with some ram sticks) so only buy this if you know what you are doing, or at least be good at googling problems and digging through tech forums.

The one with the biggest cooler will be shipped first. The price is for one motherboard, two are depicted in one photo for juxtaposition of the two heatsinks.
