this is a set of nice 12" roland sands design pro step handlebars, comes with 1 1/4" risers included as shown. I had them on the bike for approx. 500 miles. they are in excellent condition, a few normal scuffs where the grips and risers go, but nothing that will show. bars come in gloss black with matching risers. these bars will fit any stock Harley motorcycle. both are in excellent condition
