I'm not an expert at evaluating lenses, but I've shot with this and had no issues with the images. There is no fungus, but it looks like there is some dust and minor cleaning marks on the rear element. Aperture blades turn cleanly. This lens has next to no zoom creep.
The exterior of this lens is super clean for its age. It works great on Nikon F-mount film and digital cameras. Aperture range is F/32 through F/4. Note that one end of the box is missing (see photos).
