Steps to return your purchase:
1. Inform us within 30days of items delivery before you ship the item back to us. We will provide the return address.
2. Please print out your eBay ID, order/item number, address, phone number, the shipping tracking number, and enclose it with your returned product.
3. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
This will protect you in case your item is lost in transit. We are not responsible for the lost return packages.
4. Once we have received the return items, we will inspect the condition for any damage.
