60s Rare MOVADO 'Datron' HS360 (Zenith PHC-3019) AUTOMATIC CHRONOGRAPH DATE SWISS

I am pleased to offer this amazing Swiss chronograph watch by Movado, known as the DATRON model which is a joint model also used by Zenith in their El-Primero series, as well as some Rolex Daytona models, and this particular caliber, the Zenith-Movado PHC-3019 is considered the best commercial chronograph in the world for years already. In great shape, ready to wear with date feature and quick set - Don't miss out!

Movement:

State of the art MOVADO/ZENITH Swiss automatic wind chronograph movement.
This is considered one of the best, if not -the- best automatic chronograph movement ever made, used in many Rolex Daytona models as well as all Zenith El-Primero models through the years. This caliber is beating at a crazy 36,000 beats per hour rate, which is twice of a regular wrist watch, for maximal accuracy and is running well on 17 jewels.
The movement is working well and clean, keeping good time.
All functions are working properly.
The date changes properly as well around midnight.
This is a quickset date model by crown position.

Case,
Crystal & Crown:

Original and signed MOVADO gold plated case with stainless back, both in great shape with no signs of wear, just some traces of normal usage. Has original lightly worn pushers and original M signed crown with mint crystal. Please note this watch was not tested to be waterproof, it is strongly advised to avoid water.
Dial &
Hands :

100% ORIGINAL FACTORY MADE and in great shape, with just a few signs in the form of minimal aging/lacquer peeling on a dial in sunburst golden tone with black registers, really impressive. Has original set of hands. Chrono sweep seconds hand seems to be in a faded bronze tone.

Tip for collectors:
Despite popular demand for refinished clean dials, I am aware of collectors' search and sensitivity for original dials. Therefore any dials known to be refinished, will be clearly mentioned in the dial section of the description. Otherwise, dial is believed to be 100% original.

Size: Measures 37 mm side to side (excluding crown) and 42 mm lug to lug.

Vintage watches are often smaller than watches common nowadays;
To avoid inconvenience, Please take a moment to examine the size and make sure it meets your expectations and wrist size.
Band:

Equipped with a quality SP brand new genuine leather band in lizard black, 18 mm wide.

The band/bracelet shown in the images is the exact one that will come with your watch. However please remember I sell the watch, not the band. Therefore, Please consider it as a gift for your watch, it is not considered as part of the description.
