SIZING:  I go above and beyond to take pictures that reflect actual sizing.  Not sure you will find a seller that puts in as much effort showing size.  My margins are small.  We both lose time and money when things don't fit the way you expected.  Please do not assume the size matches what you are used to....  Look at my pics that show true measurements and compare them to a pair of your own pants that fit nicely.  

RETURNS:  All sales have returns unless marked as "no returns accepted."  Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.   Items must be returned in same nice shape as delivered.
