Though we aim to dispatch all orders completed and paid for before 12pm (Monday to Friday) the same working day, it may take up to 24 hours during busy periods. Smaller orders are shipped by Royal Mail and larger orders are shipped by courier (DPD, DHL or UPS). Shipments to Europe are with DPD, DHL or UPS and normally take 2 to 4 days depending on destination. Shipments to Australia, USA and Canada are with DHL or UPS and normally take 1 to 3 days.
