I have used this as my main amplifier for the last six months with no issues. 

As with most Tube based Amps, there is a tiny  hum that is only noticeable when the music stops and even then you have to listen for it. ( Hum comes from amp and not through the speakers )

The Mono/Stereo Switch on the front of the amp is non-functional, the Amp only plays Stereo. ( purposely built this way )

Amp will be double boxed with tubes removed, so there will be a minor amount of assembly. Bias has already been set and the potentiometers will be taped over for shipping ( just remove tape after arrival, The placement of the tubes will be marked also, so there will be no need to adjust the bias until replacement of weak tubes )

Tube Amps do need some minor adjustment from time to time, Tubes do wear out eventually requiring the bias to be adjusted,  Please do your research before purchasing any Tube Amp.
