This 100% authentic and very rare vintage Tiffany & Co. pendant was crafted in solid 18k yellow gold and designed by the very famous Elsa Peretti. The pendant features a marquise shaped, geometric uniquely faceted design sliding on a matching 18 inch18k yellow gold Tiffany & Co. cable link chain secured with a trigger-less clasp.
