Highly accomplished and detail work from the period with intricate detail of the layering of the petals, textures and bright tones of the flowers with a beautiful treatment of light. Excellent condition for its age and very similar to Aelst's painting with its composition and strong effects of the shadowing. Antique gilt frame.
