Order Issues

Please check your order immediately after receipt and contact us straight away if there are any problems.  If you have a recorded delivery, make sure you check the condition of the package and contents whilst the carrier is present or sign unchecked. Identify any such damage to the courier before they leave.

Royal Mail do not class items as lost until 15 working days after the due date, so please allow good time for your order to arrive, particularly in busy seasonal posting times such as Christmas.  

Returns

We are happy to exchange faulty goods. Please let us know immediately on receipt. Unwanted goods maybe returned but will be subject to a restocking fee which includes our postage ebay and paypal costs. Goods must be returned to us in original condition and have not been used or altered in anyway, within seven working days of delivery. If you wish to do this, please let us know before posting and include your full details including eBay account name.  If we have made an error with your order or have sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges.  Any refunds made will be via the same method was originally taken.

We have a large range of constantly changing stock at our onsite shop at Wintons Fishery. If you can't see what you want please give us a call as we may have it! Or even better come take a look and the opportunity to walk around the fishery and talk to our bailiffs about the magnificent fish to be caught! Carp to over 50lbs and Cats to 100lbs
