This tube was tested in my Military Hickok Cardmatic to make sure it was perfect.  All the tests were excellent.  This tube was made in the U.S.A. by Sylvania, for high end audio use.   It is the grey long plate, "O" getter version.  This tube is know for being low noise and especially good in those applications that require quiet tubes.
These are getting scarce and are a high end tube used by most of the professionals.   Great for guitar amps or any high end audio amp.  These tubes are what audiophile enthusiasts are looking for.  This tube can be used as a driver tube in your amplifier.  The tube will come in the Sylvania 12AX7A/7025 box, as shown in the photos.   I will pack carefully & ship very quickly.
