If the item you are buying states Free Delivery.
It will usually be sent via DPD Couriers, and is applicable to UK Mainland addresses except Scottish Highlands & Islands,
Northern Island or the Channel Islands. If you need the item to any of those areas please contact us.
The delivery charge by our couriers for mainland addresses and the amount we are charged extra for the island addresses,
so you still get the advantage of the free element that mainland customers receive.    

Returns are dealt with honestly and fairly. On the very rare occasion that somebody has an issue
with an item we simply ask them to send us an eBay message or call us to resolve during
office hours on 0161 928 1144. This is much quicker for both parties than going through eBay dispute
processes, so please allow us to assist in the first instance.
We will deal with queries quickly and be as flexible as we can to get you sorted out.  

Feedback is important as it allows other buyers to see not only how good and accurate our descriptions,
despatch and packaging are, but also how good we are as a seller in dealing with queries after
the sale so please leave feedback only after you have contacted us and had your query resolved.  

We offer our computers in a "Ready to install" condition, which means that they are fully functional,
data wiped and cosmetically graded condition. There is no software installed on this computer,
so in order for it work you will need to install an operating system (Windows Mac or Linux).
The auction will indicate if a licence key is present to validate a windows install.   

The items we sell on eBay have been through our asset management process.
Many will be from schools, councils or businesses.
We have to wipe data from everything we receive for privacy and data security reasons.  

Many buyers are comfortable with installing their own software or will want to install a different
version of windows than the one originally installed when the laptop or PC was new.  

Installing software takes time and an understanding of computers.
The process of installing windows and then downloading the driver software for the various
devices can take many hours. In order to keep prices down we offer our machines in a
"ready to install" state. No disks or accessories or manuals are included in the auction.
You will need to obtain your operating system disk from elsewhere.  

If a warranty is included in the auction it is for HARDWARE only and does not cover software configuration issues.
We will help where we can, but if you are not confident about software installation and configuration you should get help from a computer technician or somebody who has experience with O/S installation
