We are a Korean-American Broadcasting Company currently located in Los Angeles, California. Han Mi Cable Enterprises was established in 1983. Throughout the years we have gone through many broadcasting equipment from the oldest to the latest of technology. We carry many used broadcasting equipments that have all been professionally handled. When we found eBay several years’ back it was a great opportunity for us to meet and learn from others in our industry. l We don’t charge handling fees or basic materials such as box or bubble wrap unless we have to purchase it for special use/shape.
l We will ship out the item within 5 business days or less.
l All Shipping Charges will be calculated according to the winner’s address and the choice of shipping options after the auction has ended. So $20 is NOT the shipping charge!! It could be more or less depends on location and weight of the package(s).
l We can use your UPS account to ship out to you.
l If you want the overnight shipping method, you MUST contact us first and get an approval from us.

Return:
l If condition of the item is “As-Is” then you cannot return the item nor ask for money back. We are not responsible for any type of problem with the “As-Is” item(s) unless we have shipped out wrong item.
l All items (except “As-Is” items), must be notified us within 14 days from buyer’s received date.
l If it’s DOA, then we give out Full Money Back when we received the item back from you. Item must be the same condition as we have sent out.
l If it’s NOT DOA then we do charge 20% of restocking fee.
l We don’t accept return when buyer complains about some item(s) that are not listed on description page. For example, don’t complain for the original box, manuals, or accessories. Even though we might have them, we will not give away unless you have asked before your purchase.
