This item has wear consistent with normal daily use (including minor scratches, scuffs, and shiny keys) and is fully functional.

• Your payment is requested within four (4) days.  NY Residents pay sales tax.  Resellers and Exempt Organizations may fax their NY ST-120 or ST-121 to 315-410-5585 prior to remitting payment.
• We do not ship any items outside of the continental United States and the use of a freight forwarder (or similar service) is prohibited. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any items shipped outside of the continental United States.
• Our normal hours of operation are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Any messages or emails sent outside of that time may be delayed.
• Payment must be received within (3) days of purchase. After (4) days eBay will automatically open an Unpaid Item Reminder. After (7) days the item will be relisted.

• Computer Gallery items are professionally packed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase (generally we ship within 24 hours of payment - excluding weekends)
• We are happy to combine multiple orders - Please request a combined invoice before making payment.
• Items over $150 ship fully insured and require a signature on delivery.
• Local pick-up with no packaging is always FREE and environmentally friendly!  We're happy to provide palatalized freight quotes for large quantities, combined purchases, or high value items. 
• Tracking numbers will be messaged through eBay.  We will also email the tracking number to you and put a live tracking link on your eBay Order Details Page. 
• If your item is damaged during shipping please notify us as soon as possible so we can file a claim and have the item picked up. Please keep the damaged item with the original packing materials or the claim will be denied and we will not accept a return.

• If within 14-Days you decide you do not want an item please contact us for a RMA and ship back to us in the original packing box and material with accessories within 19-Days of delivery confirmation to original shipping location.
• If within 14-Days your item has hardware issues please contact us and we will issue a RMA and provide a pre-paid label for return. Please return in original packaging with all accessories included within 19-Days of delivery confirmation.
• We will refund the buyer within (3) business days of receiving a returned item using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
• If you believe your item does not match the listing description we ask the buyer to contact us and ship the item back to us within (5) business days.
