SHIPPING:
A very large percentage of the items we sell are shipped the next day. Many are shipped the same day if the chosen carrier is open for business (Saturdays and Sundays are generally excepted).
We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. We do not ship internationally or outside the Continental United States.
Shipping will generally always include tracking.
Insurance can be provided at a modest additional cost and is usually approximately $1.50 per $50.00 insured.
We try to ship the same day or the next business day except late Friday, or Saturday thru Sunday Bid/Orders are shipped on Monday dependent on payment by buyer to PayPal.
Standard shipping options are provided: FedEx Ground, USPS Priority, USPS Ground, USPS First Class, and UPS Ground. (If this item is shipped FedEx to a Texas address, you may likely get your purchase the next day).
We reserve the right to use a shipping method/carrier different than the listed one to ensure safe and quick delivery. If you would like an alternative shipper, please contact me for a quote.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS:
In the case of shipping damage or lost items as a result of shipping or damage caused by the carrier, the buyer/recipient of the item must make a claim with the shipping carrier.
RETURN POLICY:
Return of items under $100.00 (excluding shipping) will not be accepted (exceptions are listed in Paragraphs “d” through “f” below).

d). If you feel the item you purchased was misrepresented by us you can obtain a full refund including shipping costs. To get a full refund, you must email us within 10 days of receiving your item outlining why you believe we misrepresented an item.
e). Returns require our approval and a Return Authorization Code (RMA), and the item must be returned to us before we can issue your refund. Please note: we record serial numbers and take high resolution photos of everything we ship to discourage fraud.
f). If you changed your mind and do not want the item you purchased and the cost is over $100.00, we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including out-bound and return shipping.
g). We will not accept the return of an item when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging has been damaged, compromised, changed, modified or altered in any way. The item must be in the condition it arrived in, and anything that was included must also be returned. If the item is new, it must be in original, unopened packaging.
h). If applicable, any security tags/tape must be in place and uncut. Please contact us if you have any questions and we will be sure to get back to you very quickly.
i). Refunds given for the purchase price only. No refunds on shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and is required to complete a “Mutual Agreement to Cancel the Transaction Form” through eBay.
j). 10 Days: Authorized Returns will not be accepted beyond 10 days after the item has been delivered.
k). All of our items listed on eBay are guaranteed to be in new or good working order. No DOA (Dead On Arrival) items will be listed unless specified in the item description which will clearly state "UNTESTED" or "NON-WORKING/FOR PARTS ONLY". All items are "SOLD AS IS" with the buyer’s complete understanding of the above description of the item, and inspection of the available photographs of the item.
