All orders are shipped out via USPS ,UPS. Typically orders are shipped out within 2 business days after receipt of cleared payment.

| RETURN POLICY |
| If you have ordered wrong product and have not used the product, you can request a Return Authorization within 14 days of the receipt of merchandise for a refund.

| WARRANTY POLICY |

Defective product will be offered exchange or store credit, please contact us within 14 days upon received package. All exchanges required buyer to ship back defective merchandise before any replacement to be ship out. If an item is not replaceable or unavailable, we will issue a credit refund. NOTE: We will only issue a credit refund or replacement upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. We do not credit the original shipping cost, nor the return shipping cost |
