After having 2 children and retiring from teaching, Gemma (The boss) started selling handmade products locally, this quickly turned from a hobby into a full time business which now has over 250 thousand products in stock.

The company is based in West Carmarthenshire, near the beautiful Black mountains as well as the Brecon beacons, we ship items all over the world and continue to provide the same level of customer satisfaction as we did on day 1.

We Ship Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays). Orders placed and paid before 12.00pm will be dispatched the same working day.

All orders include free standard shipping within the UK only, or for an additional charge we can send on a next working day service. We currently ship all orders with Royal Mail and APC Overnight courier.

We offer a 30day no quibble returns policy on all products. If you wish to return the product for an exchange or refund, please contact us to arrange.

We offer a full refund on all returns, please note we only cover return shipping costs if the item is damaged or an incorrect item has been sent in error. For exchanges or unwanted items, the buyer shall be responsible for return shipping costs.
