Measurements are taken as follows:  Bust  - underarm to underarm then doubled; Length - top of shoulder in back to hem; Sleeve length - underarm to end of sleeve; top of seam to end of sleeve; Back across shoulders - in the back where there is a yoke or where one would be if there was a yoke.  This is not shown if sleeves are raglan sleeve; Around Hem - Taken at the bottom hem across back seam to seam then doubled.
