Delivery

All our items are being sent with 1st class recorded (for UK) and priority tracked and signed for mail for overseas orders.

Processing Time

Whilst we do manage to send out some orders the same day most items do take 1-2 days processing time. If you need your item really urgently please contact us to let us know and upgrade to special ND delivery.

Returns& Refunds

We offer a no quibbles returns policy, so if you need to return something there is no need to contact us through Ebay.

Just send the item back with your name & stating the reason for your return and whether you'd like a swap or a refund. We recommend that you either get free proof of posting from the post office or send your return recorded. If something has gone wrong with your order - i.e. we've sent out a wrong size or item we will of course refund you for the first or second class return postage. Please note that we do not refund special ND or courier charges.
