All our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery which we have used over the last 12 years at ‘In a Crystal’. Your order will usually arrive within 2-3 working days of being dispatched.

If you require express shipping, please select ‘Royal Mail 1st Class Special Next Delivery’ which is found on the ‘Checkout’ page. Upon choosing this delivery option, you’re order will be dispatched within 1 Business Day.

Order before 12pm and receive your crystal the very next day!!


	What form of picture do you need? We are able to use any form of pre-existing picture for example; printed photograph, portraits and any scanned images. I have a picture on my phone; can I use this to make a 3D crystal? Absolutely, your photo can be off any phone such as an iPhone, Android, HTC or Samsung model. How do I get the picture I want to use, from me to you? If you have the photo on a mobile phone or computer/laptop/notebook, you can send us an email straight to sales@inacrystal.com. If you have separate photos, send us those photos and we will edit the images using out expertise gathered over 10 years to produce the best edit for the 3D crystal. If you have a framed picture, or a picture you carry in your purse/wallet- the best way to get this across to us is by scanning it, then emailing that scan to us at sales@inacrystal.com. If I have people from separate pictures, can you put them together for a 3d crystal? Yes. For example, if you are looking to make a 3d crystal with 4 people and the people are from 4 separate photos- we are able to edit the people and merge them together into 1 photo. Can you do corporate logos? Absolutely! Send us your company’s logo and we can send you an edit before any processing is done. We can also send you edits of your company logo in a range of crystals for you to choose from. Can you use a length body for a 3D crystal ? Yes we can, however we recommend using the face of the person for our 3D crystals as more detail can be seen in the crystal. If the whole body is used, the outfit of the person shows very well but this means the face of the person will appear smaller and less detailed.


	All crystals dispatched are thoroughly checked for defects before being sent. However, in the unlikely event of you finding a defective crystal please contact us within 7 days as we will exchange the crystal with a replacement of the same size and contents.
