Now available is a genuine iGlide power-assist wheelchair. The iGlide is the revolutionary counterpart to the iBot power chair, invented by Dean Kamen. Since J & J's Independence Technologies discontinued this model and the iBot earlier this year, it's parts are quite rare and becoming increasingly difficult to find. It helps assist pushing power like Alber E-Motion M15, Next Tailwind and Quickie Xtender wheels. This model features:
- Seat size: 18" wide, 18" deep
- Frog Legs suspension caster forks
- Original Battery Pack (but it does not maintain a charge)
- Original Battery Charger
- Owner's manual
CONDITION: Used. This iGlide was previously tested upon arrival and it functioned fully in normal working order. However, since testing it last year we did not keep the battery charged and its cells now no longer hold a charge. The battery pack is suitable for cell refurbishment by the buyer. The chair is being sold "as-is" for this reason. If a buyer has a working battery & would like to send it to us to verify the iGlide's function, we will be glad to video record its function and return the battery to them.

Its looks and size are like a typical manual chair, but with a patented micro-processor unit under the seat that intuitively adds to the user?s pushing & stopping power. The chair?s patented gyro-scopic sensors help to provide just the right amount of motorized assistance, automatically adjusting to changes in terrain and slope, assisting you going both up and down hills.

SHIPPING & PACKAGING: In order to meet shipping box size limits, items may need to be partially disassembled to allow for compact packaging and may require some some assembly by the buyer upon delivery. This may include manual brakes, push handles, caster wheels or forks, foot-rests, etc.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do sell & ship internationally. All international related fees, including any customs fees, customs agent/broker fees, duties, taxes, port fees or any other shipping or forwarding charges/expenses are fully the responsibility of the buyer. Transit time is usually 2-3 weeks and depends on the speed of the destination country's customs processing speed. Wheelchairs may ship in 2+ separate boxes.
RETURN POLICY: We do accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is fully responsible for the return of the purchased item(s) and that it is shipped back & arrives in-full. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping arrangements & shipping expenses. The item(s) MUST be returned in "as sold" condition including ALL parts and accessories. Partial or incomplete returns will not be accepted. Once we receive the return and confirm its condition & function, we will then refund the buyer the original purchase price, MINUS the original actual shipping expense & deducting a 20% restock fee.
